I'm Matt. I lead design teams, obsess over craft, and believe deeply that the best things get built when people trust each other completely. I also bake a mean banana bread, have spent more evenings than I'll admit rolling dice at a D&D table, and will happily talk your ear off about whatever book I'm currently in the middle of.
When I'm not working I'm usually on my bike exploring Madison, or planning the next adventure with my husband. During my sabbatical we climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and went diving in Palau. The same three months my team kept the work running without me — which tells you everything about how I try to lead.
